Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU)

3. Access to the Site

The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with Internet access. All costs associated with accessing the Site, including hardware, software, or Internet access fees, are the sole responsibility of the user. The user is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of their computer equipment and Internet access.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to graphics, images, text, videos, animations, sounds, logos, gifs, and icons, as well as their layout, is the exclusive property of Céline Larigaldie, except for trademarks, logos, or content belonging to other partner companies or authors.

These TCU are governed by French law. In case of dispute and failing an amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before French courts, in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules.
